He was previously a Director of Bri Software since March 1995, Flextronics since July 1993, and Escalade. Mr. Lacroute holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and graduate degrees in Physics from the University of Grenoble and in Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Ingenieurs.
