Mr. Matthew W. Finlay, Matt has been Director, MidMark Investments at Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp. (a/k/a Access Integrated Technologies, Inc.) since October 2001. Mr. Finlay serves as Managing Director at MidMark Capital and Midmark Equity Partners II, L.P. He joined MidMark Capital in 1997. He has experience from more than $1 billion of completed transactions as an Investment Banker and Principal. He served as Vice President with the New York merchant banking firm ... Juno Partners, and its investment banking affiliate, Mille Capital, from 1995 to 1997. He began his career in 1990 as an analyst with the investment banking firm Southport Partners. At Southport Partners, he closed numerous mergers and acquisition transactions for prominent clients such as IBM.
