Terry A. Pitts serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Digital Bridges Ltd. a subsidiary of DigitalBridge Holdings, Inc. Mr. Pitts serves as Consultant of Park City Solutions, Inc. Mr. Pitts served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Park City Solutions Inc. until October 2004. Mr. Pitts has over 30 years of healthcare technology industry experience. With various leadership positions with payers, providers, and some of the largest software ... and service organizations in the industry, Mr. Pitts holds a well-rounded perspective of the healthcare industry. Mr. Pitts strongly believes in providing total solutions that deliver sustained value, instead of one-time, short-lived services typically found in the healthcare industry. He is best known for initiating and developing excellent organizational teams for the companies with which he works. Mr. Pitts served for more than seven years as a Senior Vice President for Shared Medical Systems (SMS) located in Malvern, Pa. He launched and grew the Strategic Services Group (SSG) and the Outsourcing Services Division (OSD) of Shared Medical Systems. He has served as President/Chief Executive Officer of two HCIT companies. Mr. Pitts has direct experience in the USA, the Government DoD Military Health System, Canadian, and UK healthcare IT markets. Between assignments at SMS, he served a year with Coopers & Lybrand as Senior Managing Partner of all health technology resources in the United States. Experienced in the single payer health system with regional health authorities in the western provinces of Canada, he has also been instrumental in organizational turnarounds and positioning companies for acquisition. Previously, Mr. Pitts also served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at a major Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) system located in Phoenix, Ariz. While there he led a team that implemented IBM®'s PCS/ADS system into six major medical facilities throughout Arizona. After his Chief Information Officer experience, he launched his own software company with three partners from IBM. He served as a division Vice President of Compucare Information Systems, for two years. Mr. Pitts serves as Member of the Advisors Board of VOCEL Inc. and Cornerstone Partners.
