Mr. Bennie’s leadership, Delrina pioneered the development of PC fax software called WinFax and became a world leader in the communication software market with annual sales revenue exceeding $130 million. In 1997, he founded and managed the original XDL Venture Capital Fund. He is a pioneer, entrepreneur and innovator in the Canadian technology industry. Mr. Bennie entered the world of technology and co-founded Mission Electronics in 1979. He serves as Chairman of Digital Archaeology Corporation and CompanyDNA Inc. He has been a Co-Chairman of Adira Energy Ltd. since August 24, 2012. He served as the Chairman of Adira Energy Ltd. from August 31, 2009 to August 24, 2012 and also served as its Co-Chairman. Mr. Bennie served as the Chairman of Delano Technology Corp. since May 1998.
