Mr. Michael D. Fox is the Founder and Chairman of the Epoch Innovations, Inc. Earlier, Mr. Fox has been the Chief Executive Officer of Epoch Innovations, Inc. Prior to founding Epoch in 1999, Mr. Fox was the President and CEO of ACI Ventures, an investment company dedicated to identifying and developing transformational concepts in healthcare and technology. In addition to ACI Ventures, Mr. Fox was the President and founder of Aspen Club International LLC, a next generation ... health care company which creates facilities and products that integrate lifestyle choices with allopathic and complementary medicine. Michael also co-founded Internet Healthcare Group, which managed over $140 million in investments at the intersection of healthcare and information technology. Before this, Michael worked for Goldman Sachs & Co. in both New York and Hong Kong. He received his B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University.
