Mr. Steven C. Graham, Steve, serves as the Senior Managing Principal of Graham Partners at The Graham Group. Mr. Graham founded Graham Partners in 1988 and oversees all of the activities including, transaction and investment sourcing, structuring, evaluating, monitoring, negotiation, and divesting; working with more than 10 portfolio companies; and handling relationships with its fund's limited partners. From 1988 to 1999, Mr. Graham oversaw The Graham Group's global acquisition, joint venture, and financing activities, culminating with the sale of a controlling interest in Graham Packaging to The Blackstone Group in 1998.
