Ms. Jacqueline E. Soechtig is the Chief Executive Officer and President of First Choice Solutions, Inc. Before joining First Choice, Mrs. Soechtig served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board for FutureSmart Systems, Inc. In three years as Chief Executive Officer at FutureSmart, Ms. Soechtig led FutureSmart to profitability for the first time in its history and was instrumental in negotiating the subsequent acquisition of FutureSmart by ... Honeywell International. Prior to joining FutureSmart, Ms. Soechtig also served for four years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lasergate Systems, Inc. (LSi). During her tenure, Lasergate showed a quarterly profit for the first time since being formed. During the process of the financial turnaround of LSi, Ms. Soechtig orchestrated the design, development, and deployment of a Windows based product that later become the leader in the ticketing industry. Mrs. Soechtig also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Precision Systems, Inc. (PSi). For eight years prior to joining PSi, Ms. Soechtig served as Vice President for both MCI and Sprint. In these capacities, she had profit and loss accountability and revenue responsibility for as much as $1.7 billion annually. Her division at MCI was the top performing division in MCI every year during her tenure. Ms. Soechtig has also served in technical and sales positions with IBM for thirteen years, where she was the recipient of numerous awards for outstanding performance. She served as Chief Executive Officer of LifeStyle Innovations Inc. (Formerly Princeton Mining Co.) from April 2003 to October 9, 2003. She serves as Trustee of Utah Technology Council. She served as Director of LifeStyle Innovations Inc. from April 2003 to October 9, 2003. Ms. Soechtig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of New Rochelle and an MA in International Relations from the University of Southern California. Ms. Soechtig is also an Alumni of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business with certification in Strategic Uses of Information Technologies.
