He gained a successful track record in IPO's, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and bond financings. Prior to this, Dr. Reitberger served at McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he served as a Senior Engagement Manager in the TIME team and a core member of the private equity practice. At McKinsey & Company, he was tightly involved in the New Venture and Innovation practices, where he specialized in serving fast growing high technology clients in the fields of telecommunications, IT, medtech, electronics, and digital media in their start-up phases and was instrumental in building its consulting offering targeted towards high growth companies and their investors. Dr. Reitberger is the Chairman of AZZURRO Semiconductors AG. He served as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Q-Cells SE from June 18, 2009 to September 30, 2011. Dr. Reitberger serves as a Member of Advisory Board - Europe at Cleantech Network, LLC. He serves as a Director of NXP B.V., Q-Cells, CSG Solar AG, Systemonic, Elliptec Resonant Actuator AG, and Webraska Mobile Technologies. Dr. Reitberger serves as a Director of Ciao GmbH.
