Mr. Ronald T. LeMay, Ron, J.D. has been the Managing Director of OPENAIR Equity Partners since 2011. Mr. LeMay serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MachineryLink, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Gogo LLC from July 2009 to February 2010. He is Co-Founder of Blumenstein/Thorne Information Partners L.L.P. and served as its Co-President. He co-founded Razorback Capital and also serves as its Chairman. Prior to co-founding OPENAIR, ... he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of AirCell, Inc. since July 2006. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Last Mile Connections, Inc since September 2005. He also served as an Industrial Partner of Ripplewood Investments L.L.C. since October 2003. Previously, Mr. LeMay was the Representative Executive Officer at Japan Telecom Co., Ltd., where he also served as Interim President from November 2003 to February 2004. He served as the Partner and Chairman of October Capital. He served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Sprint Corp. Fon Group since 1997. Since October 1989, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Sprint Long Distance and also served as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs since 1987 and took on added responsibilities as Executive Vice President of Staff, for the Long Distance Division since November 1988. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Sprint PCS from March 1995 to September 1996. He also served United Telephone System as the Vice President and General Counsel. Since 1986, he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for the United Telephone System. Since February 1985, Mr. LeMay served as the Vice President and Controller at AT&T Communications and served in that capacity. In 1983, he served as the Regional Vice President of External Affairs for AT&T Communications. Mr. LeMay began his telephony career with Southwestern Bell in 1972, and served in several legal capacities prior to being named Assistant Vice President, revenue requirements and economic analysis since 1979. He co-founded eRecyclingCorps, LLC in 2009 and serves as its Chairman of the Board. He has been Executive Chairman of Gogo LLC since February 2010 and served as its Chairman until July 2009. Mr. LeMay serves on the boards of Allstate (ALL), In-flight Internet, eRecyclingCorps, MachineryLink and Zave Networks. Previously, Mr. LeMay served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Waste Management, Inc. He has been a Director of The Allstate Corporation since 1999. He served as a Director of Signal Set Inc. Mr. LeMay also served as a Member of Executive and Corporate Governance Committees of Ceridian Corporation. He served as a Director from 2001 to December 2007 in the firm, and a Director of Ceridian's predecessor from January 1997 to March 2001. He served as a Director of Imation Corp. from July 1996 to May 2012. In addition, he also served on the Board of Directors of Transportation.com, the National Board of Governors of Life Directions, and October Capital. Mr. LeMay has nearly 40 years of telecommunications senior operating experience. He was named the Employee #1 of Sprint wireless division. Mr. LeMay holds a J.D. from the University of Arkansas of Law. He received a B.B.A. from Southern Arkansas University.
