The general assembly of Njord Gas Infrastructure AS has resolved to support the Board of Directors proposal for a dividend payment of NOK 9.66 per share, which amounts to a total dividend payment of NOK 88,305,767 to the shareholder. The payment will be effectuated on or about May 7, 2013.

The Board of Directors of Njord Gas Infrastructure AS has proposed that the ordinary general assembly, scheduled to take place in May 2013, approves a payment of dividend of NOK 9.66 per share, which amounts to a total dividend payment of NOK 88,305,767 to the shareholder.

Njord Gas Infrastructure AS entered into an amendment agreement with DNB Bank ASA in relation to a NOK 250 million standby credit facility dated June 1, 2011. The amendment agreement extends the termination date of the standby credit facility from June 1, 2013 to December 18, 2017. The standby liquidity facility is intended to cover liquidity shortfalls. As of December 18, 2012, no draw-downs have been made under the facility. The amendment agreement will become effective upon fulfillment of certain documentation related conditions precedent which is expected to be completed within a few weeks.
