Spark Networks, Inc. Announces Board Changes

On September 12, 2014, David Hughes resigned from the Board of Directors (the Board) of Spark Networks, Inc., effective immediately. Also on September 12, 2014, effective immediately, the Board appointed Jonathan R. Mather to serve as director, with a term ending at the Company's 2015 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Mather fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Hughes. At this time, the Board has appointed Mr. Mather to the Audit Committee, where he will serve as Chairman.
