TD Asset Management Inc. announced that Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. will assume portfolio adviser responsibilities for the TD Private International Equity Fund from TDAM, effective on or about November 12, 2013. There will be no change to the Fund's investment objectives, however, the Fund's investment strategies will change to include Epoch's philosophy of investing in companies that have the ability to generate free cash flow and effectively allocate capital.

TD Asset Management Inc. Announces Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. as Portfolio Adviser

TD Asset Management Inc. announced that Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. (Epoch) will assume portfolio adviser responsibilities from the current portfolio advisers of TD Global Growth fund and TD U.S. Large-Cap Value funds effective on or about April 29, 2013 and on or about May 9, 2013 respectively. Epoch's appointment as portfolio adviser follows TD Bank Group's recently completed acquisition of Epoch Holding Corporation on March 27, 2013. There will be no change to the Funds' investment objectives, however the Funds' investment strategies will change to include Epoch's philosophy of investing in companies that have the ability to generate free cash flow and effectively allocate capital, which Epoch believes represents the best predictor of long-term shareholder return.
