Prudential Retirement announced that Gary Ward, previously head of Prudential Retirement's Investment Only Stable Value Business, has been promoted to the head of Stable Value for Prudential Retirement. Ward will report to Jamie Kalamarides, senior vice president and head of Prudential Retirement's Institutional Investment Solutions. In his previous position as head of Prudential Retirement's Investment Only Stable Value Business, Ward oversaw $75.3 billion in institutional account values and the continued growth of the Defined Contribution investment-only channel as well as the successful development of a stable value wrap for 529 plans. Prior to joining Prudential Retirement's Stable Value business, Ward led the Strategy, Planning and Project Management organization at Prudential Retirement and the Full-Service Existing Business Pricing Team.

Prudential Retirement, a business unit of Prudential Financial Inc, announced that it has appointed Srinivas Reddy to a newly created role as head of investments for its Full Service business, effective from 17 March 2014. The company said Reddy will report directly to the head of Institutional Investment Solutions Jamie Kalamarides. In this role, Reddy will oversee all aspects of the investment and retirement income businesses in the company, which consists of USD 170 billion in assets under administration and relationships with over 60 affiliate and third-party asset managers for different institutional separate accounts and funds offered via work-site based defined benefit and contribution retirement plans.

Prudential Retirement is a business unit of Prudential Financial Inc. Prudential created IncomeFlex Target specifically for defined contribution plans. This innovative solution provides participants with guaranteed lifetime income, sustained potential for growth, downside protection for retirement income and complete access to their market value. The market leader in this emerging space, IncomeFlex is currently offered in more than 7,000 retirement plans. The Russell LifePoints Institutional Target Date Funds invest across a broad range of asset classes: equity (U.S., non-U.S. and global), fixed income (U.S. and non-U.S.), and real assets (global listed infrastructure, global listed real estate and commodities) and use a blend of active and passive management.
