Fortissimo And PCC To Not To Participate In Privatization Of Oltchim

Fortissimo Capital and PCC SE have decided not to take part in the privatization of Oltchim S.A. Wojciech Zaremba, representative of PCC in Romania said, "We have decided, together with Fortissimo Capital, not to take part in the tender that will select the new owner of Oltchim. The current situation of the plant and the conditions of the tender procedure have led us to this decision."

Three Investors Eye Oltchim

Three investors have so far entered the pre-selection procedure for the privatization of Oltchim S.A., administrators of Oltchim, said. The investors are a consortium made of PCC SE and Fortissimo Capital, a consortium led by Chimcomplex Borzesti SA (Onesti) (RASDAQ:CHOB) and Oil Gas Trade LLC, RomInsolv and BDO Business Restructuring, administrators of Oltchim, said.

Fortissimo Capital and PCC SE To Acquire Oltchim

Fortissimo Capital and PCC SE, minority shareholders of Oltchim S.A., will form a consortium to participate in the privatization process of Oltchim. Fortissimo Capital and PCC SE told Economy Minister Varujan Vosganian and Oltchim’s administrators that they will submit an offer next week.
