Company Overview of Bipartisan Policy Center

The Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) announced that Tom Sullivan is joining the organization as General Counsel. In this role, Sullivan is primarily responsible for providing policy advice and legal counsel to BPC senior management on business, policy governance, and risk assessment matters. Before joining BPC, Sullivan was a partner with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where he ran the Small Business Coalition for Regulatory Relief. Sullivan also served under President George W. Bush as the high ranking government official charged with exclusively advocating the views and needs of small business. As chief counsel for advocacy in the Small Business Administration, Sullivan worked to remove regulatory barriers and elevate small business visibility within all levels of government.
