As of December 31, 2006, it served approximately 1.3 million basic video customers in Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, and Ohio. Insight LP operates as the general partner of the company. As of October 1, 2001, Insight Midwest, LP is a joint venture between Comcast Cable Holdings LLC and Insight Communications Company, L.P.
