WorkingPoint announced a strategic partnership with VerticalResponse Inc. As part of the agreement, subscribers of WorkingPoint's online invoicing and bookkeeping service, which includes integrated inventory tracking and contact management, will now be able to readily take advantage of VerticalResponse's powerful on-demand e-mail marketing online survey and direct mail solutions for enhanced customer outreach. WorkingPoint's core system is free of charge for a single user and additional users can be added at any time for a nominal monthly fee.

VerticalResponse Inc. announced it has joined BigContacts, a provider of a web-based Customer Relationship Management system, to bring advanced business building tools for the first time to thousands of small businesses otherwise priced out of current offerings. The partnership provides an integrated suite of tools previously only available to larger corporations with deeper marketing and technology budgets. Now, small businesses all the way down to individual proprietors and micro-businesses can access web-based email marketing and CRM tools on a very affordable, pay-as-you-go platform. Small businesses will have the capability to better manage client relationships and transactions and convert the data to sales and growth through targeted email campaigns. Additionally, the partnership provides full access to the suite of tools available from VerticalResponse ranging from email marketing to online surveys and direct mail options.

VerticalResponse Inc. announced its partnership with Palo Alto Software creators of a product line that offers 'know-how' solutions to help small businesses grow. Under the agreement, VerticalResponse's email marketing solution will be integrated within Palo Alto Software's Email Center Pro, an email response management tool, giving users the ability to easily communicate with their customers directly; minimizing the time it takes for an end user to transfer their contact information to an outside email marketing application. The partnership also provides customers of Marketing Plan Pro and Business Plan Pro immediate access to the full set of resources available at VerticalResponse's site ranging from email marketing, white papers and best practices, to survey and direct mail postcard options.
