Private equity bidders are eyeing Quintessentially Ventures Limited. A deal worth GBP 100 million is expected before the end of 2014. Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP and Vitruvian Partner LLP are among the firms that are in talks with Quintessentially, according to two people familiar with the matter.

Inflexion Reportedly Considers To Float On The Beach

Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP is considering to float On The Beach Limited in a transaction that values the company at about £200 million,according to the Sunday Telegraph.

Sources Say Dunedin And Others Eyeing Pharmalink

Dunedin LLP is planning to acquire stake in Pharmalink AB. HealthInvestor learnt that Dunedin is in exclusivity to buy Pharmalink. According to a source close to the matter, Pharmalink has been valued at around 10 times its latest EBITDA, which would lead to stake sale of around to £100 million. Another source indicated that it could fetch as much as 12 times EBITDA. The news report stated, a spokesperson for Dunedin said the firm would ‘not comment on market speculation’. The auction is being run by BDO and is understood to have interests from trade and private equity bidders. According to the report, the possible suitors include Silverfleet Capital Partners, CBPE Capital LLP and Graphite Capital Management LLP. Inflexion Private Equity Partners LLP is said to have been runner-up to Dunedin in the sale process.
