TradeCard, Inc. Announces Management Changes

TradeCard, Inc. announced that Founder and CEO Kurt Cavano is handing over day-to-day executive officer responsibilities to new CEO Sean Feeney to strengthen the TradeCard management team and optimize business growth opportunities. The transition, which took effect April 2, 2012, allows Cavano to invest more time shaping TradeCard's market strategy and driving meaningful interactions with brands, retailers and trading partners around the world. Cavano's official title becomes Founder, Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer. Feeney comes to TradeCard with deep executive experience leading larger B2B service providers. Most recently, he was an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital and CEO of Inovis, where he led the company through a rapid phase of growth. Feeney will oversee all operations to sharpen TradeCard's strategic focus on product innovation, differentiated market presence, world-class sales execution and superlative customer service delivery.
