Connecture, Inc. appointed Mark Granville as senior vice president and general manager of the company's InsureAdvantage product division. Granville previously served as senior vice president, analytic consulting and research services for Truven Health Analytics, formerly the healthcare business of Thomson Reuters where he also served as senior vice president, client experience. In his new role, Granville will oversee strategic business development of Connecture's InsureAdvantage -- the platform for health insurance distribution -- and manage teams as the company continues to evolve.
Connecture, Inc. announced Tim Allaway has been hired as vice president, client services. Allaway joined Connecture from McKesson Corporation where he served as vice president, payer services for the company's RelayHealth division -- a role that placed him in charge of a new business: selling software services to health insurance carriers. As vice president, operations, he also led McKesson's electronic transaction services for the provider market.
Connecture, Inc. announced the promotion of Travis Potts to vice president, client services. Potts previously served as director of client services at Connecture. In his new role, Potts will oversee implementations of Connecture's technology and ongoing maintenance at the numerous carriers that utilize InsureAdvantage. He will also be responsible for the management of client services teams in Atlanta, Ga., Farmington, Conn. and Waukesha, Wis. Prior to joining Connecture, Potts served as a project manager at Northwestern Mutual, a position he held for nearly nine years. Potts is based out of Connecture's headquarters in Waukesha. He will report directly to McClain.
