Network Solutions, LLC announced that Tim Kelly, its President will succeed Roy Dunbar as Chief Executive Officer. Miles Reidy, currently the company's Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, as well. Mr. Dunbar will continue with the company as Chairman. Mr. Kelly joined Network Solutions in April of 2009, from Sprint/Nextel where he held a number of executive positions including President of Sprint's Consumer Division. Mr. Reidy joined Network Solutions as CFO in May of 2009, from Sears Holdings Corporation where he was Executive Vice President and CFO.

Network Solutions, LLC announced that Kurt Gastrock has been named Senior Vice President, with responsibilities spanning three key areas: Product, Sales and Wholesale. Gastrock will be a catalyst for product innovation and customer growth. He is charged with extending the company's suite of products and services through online and new sales channels and developing new private label offerings to a growing portfolio of partners. Prior to joining Network Solutions, Gastrock served as the Senior Vice President for Sales and Business Development at NextG Networks.

Network Solutions, LLC announced that Pragnesh Shah has been named Vice President of Web Storefront. In this position, Shah will be responsible for the company's web channels, user experience, and content strategy. Prior to joining Network Solutions, Shah was the CEO of Mobilians International. He serves as an advisor to Web 2.0 and mobile start-ups.
