The company announced that VHA is using Amazon's cloud computing services to host and process customer transactions. Vodafone Hutchison Australia Pty Ltd. is believed to have dropped out of the race to acquire AAPT Ltd. from Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited (NZSE:TEL). The Australian Financial Review had reported earlier that AAPT was put up for sale with the first round of bids due for submission by the end of October 2014.
