Next Issue Media announced a strategic agreement with Rogers Media to market and make commercially available Next Issue's subscription service in Canada. As part of the agreement, Rogers Media has made an equity investment in Next Issue and Ken Whyte, newly appointed president of Next Issue Canada, and Melinda Rogers, senior vice president of strategy & development, Rogers Communications, and founder and managing general partner of Rogers Venture Partners, now are Next Issue Board members. The Next Issue Canada digital newsstand will be available to Rogers cable and wireless customers on October 15, with access to all Canadians starting December 15. U.S. subscribers will have access to Rogers magazine titles October 15. The app will be available on iPads, Android tablets and Win8 devices, with a smartphone companion launching in the coming months.

These new magazines increase the total number of top titles to 80 across a spectrum of interests, maintaining the company's commitment to offering the world's most popular brands in a high-value consumer subscription model.
