Innovolt Inc Announces Availability of H1000
Dec 5 13
Innovolt Inc. announced the availability of the H1000, aimed at protecting equipment from regular and costly downtime. The company's H1000 power protection appliance incorporates the company's core technology that has been proven to solve costly issues tied to power and facility related disturbances to ensure the reliability of equipment. Designed for production environments where electricity is hardwired and not plugged in, this appliance is the next evolution of the company's Remote Optimization Control technology (ROC(TM)) created to increase uptime for industrial equipment. It has been proven that one of the most common factors affecting the reliability of equipment is power anomalies. Equipment that regularly breaks down or jams has a direct impact on the bottom line through the cost of lost production, lost capacity, maintenance and repairs and wasted labor. The company's H1000 will defend valuable equipment and offers: Protection from power and facility-related issues; Reduction in hardware malfunctions; Optimization of performance and extended life of electronics; Prevention from unscheduled downtime; Reduction in the cost of ownership (premature part replacements, support costs, on-site repairs, etc.); Insight on actionable power quality data to resolve electrical issues; Access to the company's cloud management platform. The company expects a wide-range of industries to benefit from the H1000, including: Automotive; Machine Builders; Aerospace and Defense; Food and Beverage; Pharmaceuticals; Chemical; Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems; Vending; and Automatic Teller Machines.

Laguna Development Corporation Selects Innovolt Inc. to Protect Thousands of Slot Machines
Sep 24 13
Innovolt Inc. announced that it has been selected by Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) to implement its intelligent asset management and Remote Optimization Control (ROC(TM)) technology within the corporation's three casinos. LDC manages more than 2,300 slot machines which, like other electronic equipment, rely on clean power to function properly. Without it, they can experience expensive maintenance issues and poor performance which equate to a negative customer experience. LDC recognized a need for electronics protection and asset management years ago but had been unable to find a solution that solved the problems that are exasperated by bad weather. Between the cost of parts and down time, power outages can cost LDC as much as $70,000 per disturbance. After a highly successful proof-of-concept, in which the slot machines that were equipped with Innovolt's ROC(TM) technology did not fail once, LDC is moving forward and implementing Innovolt's solution throughout its three casinos: Dancing Eagle, Route 66 and Express Casinos. Most businesses are unaware of the effects the environment has on the nation's power supply. However, they are unintentionally paying for these effects through shortened lifespan and decreased reliability of their electronic equipment.
