Dallas Regional Chamber Key Developments
Dallas Regional Chamber decided to trade its old office space for new downtown digs. After 10 years at the Plaza of the Americas on Pearl Street Dallas Regional Chamber is moving its operations to a floor of office space in the Lincoln Plaza tower on Akard Street. The current lease at Plaza of the Americas expires in November. The chamber will occupy about 25,000 square feet on the 26th floor of Lincoln Plaza. About 45 people will work in the new offices. The building is owned by the California State Teachers' Retirement System.
