Mexican Restaurants, Inc. Announces Executive Appointments

Mexican Restaurants Inc. (MRI) has appointed Douglas Hipskind as chief financial officer and promoted Nancy Cross to chief people officer, effective immediately. Doug joined MRI after serving as CFO of Lake Street Capital Markets. Nancy has been with MRI for 18 years, most recently as vice president of human resources. Prior to joining MRI, Nancy served with the Pappa's Brothers and Brinker International.

Mexican Restaurants, Inc. Announces Management Changes

Mexican Restaurants Inc. (MRI) announced that Curt Glowacki is no longer MRI's President and Chief Executive Officer and that Loic Porry is no longer MRI's Chief Operating Officer.
