EQT VI Fund specializes in buyout investments in middle-market companies. The fund seeks to invest in medium and large companies in German-speaking Europe, Nordic, Scandinavia, and Central and Eastern Europe countries with a focus on Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Germany. It has allocated 10 percent of its capital for investments in Central and Eastern Europe. The fund also seeks to make secondary investments in Central Europe. It seeks to invest between €75 million ($96.40 million) and €600 million ($771.30 million). The fund targets controlling and co-controlling investments.
