The team is joining the Dynasty Network from Wells Fargo Advisors and was formerly known as Strid Wealth Management Group. The Concentus Wealth Advisors team consists of the following financial professionals all joining from Well Fargo Advisors: Erik O. Strid, CFP(R), ChFC, - Principal; Gerald "Zeke" Strid - Principal; Paul F. Strid - Principal; Nathan J. Hayward, CFP(R), MBA - Director; and Thomas J. Greco, MBA - Director. The company will access Dynasty's investment platform, which integrates industry-leading proprietary research from Wilshire Associates and Callan Associates and Envestnet's portfolio tools and reporting technology. Dynasty Financial Partners announced the joining of Ronald Sallet as Senior Vice President of Network Development reporting to Shirl Penney, President and CEO of Dynasty. Mr. Sallet's responsibilities will include growing Dynasty's Network of independent advisory firms. He will target RIAs, large-scale IBD reps, and premier, captive employee advisors who are looking to explore independence. Mr. Sallet joins Dynasty from Wells Fargo's independent channel, FiNet, where he was a Managing Director, co-leading their Branch Development and Marketing team. Mr. Sallet joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2007 and, for the last four years, he reported to FiNet's President and headed Branch Development and Operations in 27 states. Prior to Wells Fargo, he worked at Citigroup/Smith Barney for 14 years. He was Senior Vice President, Director of Financial Services Groups in NYC at Citigroup Global Markets. Prior to that role, Mr. Sallet held a variety of field positions including; Financial Advisor, National Training Officer, Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Office Manager.

Dynasty Financial Partners announced the move to their new headquarters in New York City. As part of their expansion plans, the firm will now be located at the prestigious mid-town location of 1350 Avenue of Americas on the 32nd Floor overlooking Central Park South. Dynasty created unique space in their new offices including an Advisor Partner Room, which has been designated for use by Network Advisors with their clients and prospects. The office space is an open floor plan with no private offices, keeping with the firm's culture of transparency and over-communication.
The company also announced that it has hired Rebecca Knauss as Vice President, Transition and Advisor Services, and Jim DiPisa as Vice President, Investments. Ms. Knauss will report to Ed Swenson, Chief Operating Officer of Dynasty. As Vice President, Transition and Advisor Services, Ms. Knauss' responsibilities will include supporting the Dynasty divisions focused on the transition of new advisor teams and the ongoing practice development of existing Network firms. Ms. Knauss worked as a Client Services Specialist at HighTower in Chicago from 2008 to 2012. Most recently, she was an Investment Associate at Harris MyCFO working with Investment Advisors and Client Service Managers on behalf of clients. The firm also announced the hiring of Jim DiPisa, Vice President, Investments, who reports to Michael Moriarty, Director of Investment Platform, supporting all activities and initiatives related to the build out, development, marketing and implementation of Dynasty's investment products, model portfolios, platform and opportunistic offerings. He will also work with Tom Petrone, Director of Capital Markets, in expanding the Dynasty capital markets platform including structured solutions, private placements, hedging needs and equity syndicate opportunities. Mr. DiPisa, as a member of the firm's NYSE Specialist group, he assisted traders and coordinated relationship management.
