Company Overview of Citigroup Global Markets Limited (United Kingdom)

Rotork plc announced that Citigroup Global Markets Limited (United Kingdom) has been appointed with immediate effect as joint financial adviser and corporate broker to work alongside its existing financial adviser and corporate broker UBS Limited.

The Board of Directors of Newsmith European Fund announced that with effect from 27 April 2011, Citigroup Global Markets Limited (United Kingdom) (CGML) has been appointed to serve as an additional prime broker and custodian to the Fund pursuant to the terms of a Customer Agreement for International Prime Brokerage Services between the Fund and CGML. The services which CGML will provide under the IPB Agreement include various custodial services, clearance and settlement of securities transactions and margin financing. CGML, in its capacity as prime broker, will have no decision-making discretion relating to the investment of the assets of the Fund and will not provide any investment advice in relation to the assets of the Fund. Under the terms of the IPB Agreement, subject to CGML's right to utilise the same, CGML will identify, record on its books and hold on a segregated basis all investments (and collect any dividends and other payments in respect thereto) and other assets of the Fund excluding cash in such manner that the identity and location of the Assets can be readily identified at any time as the property of a customer of CGML and separate from CGML's own property. Accordingly, such Assets which have not been utilised should be unavailable to the creditors of CGML. Certain Assets may be co-mingled with similar assets of other customers of CGML. Accordingly, the Fund may not have the right to the return of specific assets but to their equivalent. Any fees payable to CGML will be at normal commercial rates.

Following a review of its corporate broking arrangements, Fenner PLC announced the appointment of Citigroup Global Markets Limited as joint corporate broker to work alongside its existing broker, Jefferies Hoare Govett.
