Sony and Opera Software announced the launch of two new Indian-entertainment apps in the Opera TV Store for Sony BRAVIA internet TVs. These new apps are Sony LIV, Multi-Screen Media’s (Sony Entertainment Network) Video-on-Demand service, and BIGFlix. The Sony LIV app offers 18 years of rich and exclusive content from Sony Entertainment Television, covering genres including drama, comedy, thriller, reality shows and many more. It offers users their favorite current and classic shows from Sony, through a single log-in, seamless and engaging experience. The app also packs in features including multi-bitrate video streaming, which provides users with better quality videos, based on their internet connection speed. Now, Bravia users can enjoy all their favorite shows with a click of remote button whenever they want. The Opera TV Store also brings Bollywood closer to BRAVIA users.
