Robbins Geller Rudman &Dowd LLP entered into a Stipulation of Settlement dated as of February 8, 2013 with the FCStone Group, Inc. to resolve the issues raised in or related to the litigation related to purchase of shares from November 3, 2008 to February 24, 2009. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Stipulation. The proposed settlement of the litigation for $4,250,000 in cash should be approved by the Court as fair, reasonable, and adequate; the litigation should be dismissed with prejudice and releases provided pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation; the plan of allocation is fair, reasonable, and adequate and therefore should be approved; and the application by plaintiffs' lead counsel for an award of attorneys' fees and expenses and the plaintiffs' or class representative's requests for expenses should be approved. Any objection to the settlement, the Plan of Allocation, or the application for fees and expenses must be filed with the Court and received by the counsel by June 11, 2013.
