It is owned by a consortium of broker/dealers including DLJ, Charles Schwab, Lehman Brothers, Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, and TD Waterhouse. REDIBook’s clients include retail brokers, institutional investors, hedge funds, stock specialists, momentum traders, day traders, arbitrage traders, and options specialists. It was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey.
