Spreecast and The Wall Street Journal announced that the Journal will be using the Spreecast platform to supplement their editorial coverage with video conversations that enable participation from readers. These interactive video conversations will be part of WSJ Live, which brings influencers and decision-makers live news and on-demand video directly from reporters across the globe. The editorial staff from the Journal is using Spreecast to host multiple regular panels, including a fashion series called 'How to Make It' and a show on entrepreneurship called 'Ask the Accelerators' (@WSJStartup). 'How to Make It" features style reporter Elizabeth Holmes (@EHolmesWSJ) and involves fashion experts who discuss topics such as, 'How to Make It as a Fashion Blogger' and 'How to Make It as a Fashion Designer'.
Spreecast, Inc. announced they are working with MTV and VH1 Digital and Logo Digital to create exclusive entertainment experiences that connect fans directly with talent. By working with Spreecast, VH1 and Logo are bringing their on-air talent closer to their audience and offering engaging and interactive experiences to fans. Recent spreecasts have included "VH1's Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Face-to-Face Aftershow," Logo's "NewNowNext Vote Sound Off With Sandra Bernhard," as well as the new digital driven series "Very VH1 with Kate Spencer." These spreecasts were attended by viewers across the world that had the unique opportunity to interact live with talent and experience exclusive content. Logo is also partnering with Spreecast to do an "Elimination Lunch" every Tuesday at 12pm ET during the season of "RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race," premiering Oct. 22. Fans will be able to talk to eliminated queens the day after their final episode, ask questions or provide support to their favorite all-star.
