Credit Suisse Group AG (SWX:CSGN) is believed to help Arsenal Capital Partners. Royal Adhesives and Sealants LLC could fetch about 10 times its $100 million in annual earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization or $1 billion including debt, in a sale, people added.
