It seeks to invest in companies based in the United States and Canada serving the North America or global markets and the United States based units of international companies. Under its Small Business Initiative, the firm seeks to invest in companies based in California, Arizona, and Nevada with revenues between $10 million and $40 million. It typically invests in companies with annual revenues in the range of $10 million to over $1.0 billion. The firm can provide equity between $4 million and $100 million in any single transaction, with substantially more in conjunction with existing co-investment partners.
