China BCT Pharmacy Group, Inc. announced that effective December 1, 2012, PKF, moved their practice to another independent registered accounting firm, Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP. As with PKF, Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP is a member firm of the PKF International Limited network of legally independent firms. As a result of the move, on December 14, 2012, the company's audit committee approved the termination of PKF and the engagement of Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm.

Chino Commercial Bancorp at its annual general meeting held on May 24, 2012, ratified the appointment of Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2012.

Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP named Peter D. Weir as Partner in Charge of their Glendale office. Weir succeeds Duane Sharpe, who after serving 6 years as Partner in Charge, will focus on his tax and business advisory practice. A lifetime resident of Glendale, Weir joined the Firm in 2005. He has over thirty years of experience providing clients with high level expertise in tax planning and compliance, multi-state taxation issues, as well as representation before Federal, State and local taxing authorities.
