Kramer Levin Appoints Marie-Christine Fournier-Gille as a Partner

Kramer Levin announced that Marie-Christine Fournier-Gille has been elected to be a partner. Marie-Christine Fournier-Gille has been a member of the litigation practice in the Paris office since 1994. With a practice focusing on business law, she represents clients primarily in regard to commercial litigation and advises them on bankruptcy and restructuring matters. She has trial experience before the French courts and represents creditors at all stages of these procedures (negotiation of agreements and drafting of legal documentation, including related litigation). She has experience in insolvency proceedings and regularly advises her clients on their restructuring operations.
