Suitors Reportedly Eye Stake In Joules

L Capital Management SAS is keen to acquire a stake in Joules Ltd, The Independent reported. The stake is valued at more than £55 million. LDC Ltd. is also eyeing a stake in Joules. Graphite Capital Management LLP is known to have dropped out of the race to acquire Joules. Tom Joule, founder, Chief Executive Officer and Joules biggest shareholder intends to divest a majority stake and wants to remain in charge irrespective of the auction's outcome, sources said. Joules has teamed up with advisers at Rothschild and is looking at options to raise funds for expansion in the UK and overseas.
