Penta Holding Limited is planning to sell its investment in Narodowy Fundusz Inwestycyjny Empik Media & Fashion Spolka Akcyjna (EMF), which it bought in 2012. Penta is reportedly going to get out of the investment and one of the options would be selling its stake in EMF on the Warsaw bourse. Penta’s Investment Director, Filip Szubert said that while it is one of the scenarios of withdrawal, it is too early to make such decisions, at the same time, he does not rule out that some of the assets may be listed on the WSE. Penta along with Eastbridge B.V./S.a.r.l. hold a 75% stake in EMF. Penta and Eastbridge had planned to acquire 100% stake in EMF and delist it but they do not want to make another bid for EMF shares due to their high price.

Maciej Dyjas, Chief Executive of Eastbridge Group, denied the reports stating the company planning to sell its 60% stake in NFI Empik Media & Fashion S.A. (EM&F). "Eastbridge has no plans to sell EM&F," Dyjas told Reuters.
