Sofie Qiao joins the company as Executive Director in the firm's Healthcare Sector with over 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry. Prior to joining the company, she was a successful biotech entrepreneur and executive. Max Zuckerman will be joining the company's Palo Alto office as a member of the Technology Sector. Prior to joining the company, Max most recently managed Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at Livefyre, a social media startup.

Russell Reynolds Associates announced the addition to the Washington, D.C., office of Jett Pihakis as Executive Director in the Non-profit sector and Higher Education practice and Jennifer Rockwood as Associate in the Industrial and Natural Resources sector based in Chicago. Jett Pihakis joins Russell Reynolds Associates in the Non-profit sector and Higher Education practice and will focus his search efforts on high-impact leaders for educational institutions and significant nonprofit organizations. Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Jett served as Vice President for Programs at Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Joining the Chicago office, Jennifer Rockwood will focus her search and assessment work on executives in the Industrial and Natural Resources sector. Joining the Consumer and Commercial Financial Services Practice, Traci Filler will focus her efforts on retail, consumer and commercial banking. She spent the last several years at J.P. Morgan in its Treasury Services division, where her roles included Global Head of Cross-Currency Payments and Global Head of Strategy for the Treasury Services business, as well as Global Head of Sales Strategy for Treasury & Securities Services. Jessica Weber joins Russell Reynolds Associates' Digital Transformation Practice with a diverse background from startup ventures to large corporations, spanning media, advertising and retail industries. At Russell Reynolds Associates, Jessica will advise Fortune 500, venture capital and private equity-backed companies across the digital landscape, with a focus on recruiting high-impact leaders with expertise in the areas of e-commerce, social media, Big Data and emerging platforms. Most recently, Jessica served as Director of Digital Strategy at Time Inc.
