Silverpop Systems, Inc. announced the launch of its Email Insights application via its recently formed Emerging Apps division. The application, which is integrated with email analytics provider Litmus, makes it simple for marketers to preview how emails will render across multiple channels and devices. Email Insights also gives marketers the ability to determine their recipients' device preferences, improving the customer experience as well as conversion rates. Specifically, Email Insights enables marketers to: Quickly preview the look and feel of mailings across 30 different email clients including Gmail, Outlook and iPhone and Android platforms. Develop reports and easily analyze through which devices and email clients recipients are opening emails. Determine the preferred device of each unique email recipient and send targeted content based on this preference.
Silverpop Systems, Inc. announced impressive growth for its reseller channel as well as the launch of a data center dedicated to serving new customers in EMEA. The network now gives Silverpop a presence in Australia/APAC, Africa, Latin America (Including Mexico and Brazil), and Eastern Europe (Turkey and Czech Republic). Strategic reseller relationships include partners such as Nitryx, Grapevine, Engage Digital, Entera and VIV. Jonna Stopnik has joined Silverpop as senior director of reseller channels. With nearly 30 years of experience developing international technology sales channels and alliances, Stopnik drives ongoing reseller recruitment, enablement, alliance partnering and strategy across Silverpop's global reseller ecosystem. Additionally, John Watton was recently named senior director of EMEA marketing based out of the company's UK office.
Silverpop announced new mobile messaging capabilities that add another dimension to the company's unique ability to deliver true multichannel, one-to-one, campaign automation to its customers. In addition to allowing Silverpop customers to implement automated, behavior-based SMS campaigns, the company's centralized database ensures that the data marketers collect from these interactions can be used to deliver a seamless, and targeted email, social and Web content experience as well. To make these mobile marketing capabilities possible, Silverpop has partnered with Velti, the global provider of mobile marketing and advertising technology. The functionality includes previously available features such as email opt-in via SMS, promotional texts and text alerts, as well as new capabilities, including the following: text for information, text to screen, text to vote, 2-way SMS interactive campaigns, and text to wi.
