The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Issues Order from Chief Administrative Law Judge to Puget Sound Energy
Oct 24 13
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued order from Chief Administrative Law Judge to Puget Sound Energy Inc. On October 23, 2013, Commission Trial Staff (Trial Staff) and the active participants in this proceeding (collectively, Movants) filed a Joint Motion to Amend Post-Hearing Briefing Schedule and Initial Decision Due Date (Motion). The Movants state that an extension in the procedural schedule is necessary because the hearing is ongoing and expected to conclude no later than October 25, 2013. No party opposes the proposed extension. Under the circumstances, the period for answers is hereby waived. Due to the complexity of the issues in this proceeding and the fact that the hearing began on August 27th and continued day-to-day, except for a two-week period, until this date, the Chief Judge finds good cause for granting the requested extension of the procedural time standards.
