Large private equity funds have joined the race for a stake in Viom Networks Limited. Sources said Apollo Global Management, LLC (NYSE:APO), Bain Capital, LLC and Advent International Corporation were interested in getting a significant minority stake in the company. Viom has appointed Credit Suisse and Citi for the fund-raising. Sources said the Kanorias, along with other private equity investors, want to exit the company.
TPG, Advent And Everstone Reportedly In Talks To Acquire Servion

TPG Capital, L.P., Advent International Corporation and Everstone Capital Management are reportedly in talks to acquire minority stake in Servion Global Solutions Ltd. The promoters of Servion are looking at various options, including a complete sale and has appointed investment bank Avendus Advisors Private Ltd., with knowledge of the development said. “Servion is being valued at around $100 to $125 million and the PE funds are exploring a purchase of significant majority stake to buy out Servion. Servion is in talks with TPG Capital, Advent International and Everstone Capital for the same,” a senior PE official said.

The Carlyle Group LP (NasdaqGS:CG) and Advent International Corporation are in discussions for a $150 million investment deal in Laurus Labs Private Limited, reported Economic Times citing at least two people familiar with the matter. Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (NYSE:KKR) and TA Associates Management, L.P. have also reported shown interest in Laurus Labs. Jefferies is running a fund-raising process for Laurus Labs. A person directly involved with the matter said, "The transaction may be a combination of fresh cash infusion and some secondary purchase of shares from existing investors."
