A graduated resident surgeon represented by Wilson & Wilson Co., L.P.A. has filed a lawsuit against The Ohio State University and Drs. Robert R. Bahnson, Geoffrey N. Box, and Andrew M. Thomas in federal court in Columbus. Dr. Jeffrey R. Wilson alleges Ohio State condoned abusive, harassing and unlawful behavior from Robert Bahnson while Dr. Wilson was employed by the university as a resident urologist. Dr. Wilson further alleges the Defendants defamed him in the field of urology and wrongfully attempted to undermine his career as retaliation against Dr. Wilson and others for reporting the abusive behavior to organizations governing the Department of Urology at Ohio State.
