KQED, Inc. announced that it has hired Michael Lupetin as its vice president, marketing and brand. Lupetin was previously the vice president, group program director for Moxie Interactive. In his newly created post with KQED, Lupetin will be in charge of the company's communications, creative services, and membership departments. He started in the position January 23, 2012.
