Agenda: To consider that KPMG Channel Islands Limited be re-appointed as auditors of the company; to consider that the directors be authorized to agree the remuneration of the auditors of the company; to consider that Stephen Denis Dowds, who is eligible for re-election in accordance with Article 52 of the company's Articles of Incorporation, be re-elected as a director of the company; to consider that the annual report and audited financial statements of the company for the year ended December 31, 2011 be approved and adopted; to consider that the proposed in specie redemption of the US Dollar Shares, the European High Income Shares, the European Bond Shares and the Alpha Shares in the company and the in specie reinvestment of the proceeds of that redemption in the equivalent currency classes of New Cell Shares in Hume Global Investors be and is hereby approved in all respects; and to consider other matters.

Insight Investment International Bond Funds announced that Mr. Stephen Dowds has been appointed as a non-executive of the company with effect from 2 July 2012. Stephen Dowds is CIO at Hume Capital LLP. Previously he was head of Northern Trust Global Investors' active International Equity group and prior to that he was Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Dryden Capital Management.
