The State Property Fund (SPF) has again put up 74.623% stake (5,167,409,233 shares) in JSC Rosava for sale. The starting price of the stockholding is UAH 39.658 million. The bid increment will be UAH 400,000. The tender for the sale of Rosava will take place approximately on April 23, 2012.
The State Property Fund (SPF) said that it has failed to sell 74.6% stake (5,167,409,233 shares) in JSC Rosava. The face value of each share is UAH 0.25. The starting price of the stake was UAH 56.653 million with bid increment of UAH 600,000.
The State Property Fund (SPF) has again put 74.623% (5,167,409,233 shares) stake in JSC Rosava up for sale. The starting price of the stockholding is UAH 56.653 million and bid increments will be UAH 600,000. The purchaser will have to repay overdue budget debt of UAH 2.373 million and the insurance debt of UAH 13.346 million. The sale is expected to take place on November 21, 2011.
