It intends to invest its assets primarily in private investment funds and other investment vehicles that are managed by the hedge fund managers selected by Standard & Poor's for inclusion in the Index; or in financial instruments that provide investment returns that are linked to the performance of the Index. Claymore Advisors, LLC serves as the investment adviser of the fund. The fund was organized in April 2005 and is based in Lisle, Illinois.
