Bullhorn and Simply Hired announced a strategic partnership to help recruiters quickly reach and engage more qualified candidates. Through the partnership, Simply Hired's performance-based job advertising platform will be seamlessly integrated with the Bullhorn applicant tracking system and customer relationship management solution (ATS/CRM). To help recruiters deliver the best possible candidate experience across web and mobile, Bullhorn and Simply Hired will also debut the industry's first integration with Simply Apply. This one-click apply feature allows job seekers to quickly and easily apply to open positions using a saved resume. This integration presents a one-stop job advertising solution, directly accessible within the Bullhorn dashboard. It will provide recruiters targeted reach to over 30 million unique monthly job seekers who use Simply Hired across web, email, mobile, and thousands of partner sites. The integration from Simply Hired will be available to US Bullhorn customers starting in late third quarter of 2014.

Simply Hired released its enhanced Simply Post job advertising solution to allow employers to easily reach over 30 million job seekers through a self-service pay-per-post option. The new release introduces a powerful online dashboard to view all job postings and applicants, providing an easy and effective way for smaller organizations to manage their applicant pipeline. Simply Post users also gain new functionality to edit active job postings, as well as re-post prior listings. Simply Post: Easily Post a Job, at a Fixed Price Per Post. Simply Post offers small employers premium placement and total control over job postings through a pay-per-post option.
