Bain Capital, LLC is seeking to acquire some loans from Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited. Bain Capital is looking at around a dozen well-known, Irish-owned firms, including the 'Racing Post', TV3 and Field's jewellers. Sankaty Advisors, LLC, an affiliate of Bain Capital has also appointed Deloitte to also advise them on the opportunities to take over other firms with or without the support of existing shareholders depending on their capital structure and also to select best assets from Anglo. Deloitte has told Sankaty that it should consider bidding for a number of loans related to prime businesses when KPMG opens a data room for prospective buyers in mid-June 2013.
